From spring 2025, Glen Clova is delighted to introduce The Barn at Clova, a fantastic wedding barn with stunning views down the glen and over the Cairngorms. The new wedding venue is the latest barn venture in the northeast of Scotland. It will hold between 50 and 170 guests, with room dividers to ensure the perfect fit.
The barn can host the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception. The fully enclosed barn features panoramic windows, which open up onto our covered outdoor decking, bringing the outdoors indoors! Unlike some other barns, this will be a fully serviced and equipped barn. Tables, chairs, heating, staff, catering and simple decoration are all included in the price. And with accommodation on site for up to 88 guests, this offers the whole package in one place.

The ceremony
The Barn at Clova will be a stunning option for your wedding ceremony. Available for ceremonies of up to 80 people, you can choose to have your ceremony in front of our log fire. Or say your vows in front of the panoramic windows with the hills as your backdrop.
Alternatively, you can also have your ceremony in the nearby Clova Kirk, which is non-denominational, or you utilise our marquee for your ceremony. Finally, you can always have your ceremony outside (but with an indoor option as a backup plan just in case the sun doesn't shine!!)
Wedding breakfast
Following your ceremony, you and your guests can relax in our covered outdoor decking area. Enjoy the views here and take in the ambience of the beautiful Cairngorms National Park.
When it's time for your wedding breakfast, you'll head back into the barn and savour your choice of delicious food and wine. Tables are set either as rectangles of 10 or in long tables - the choice is yours. Our barn weddings come with everything you need for your perfect day. This includes tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, drinks (as listed in the brochure) and full set up and staffing for your big day.
Evening reception
As evening falls, dance the night away in our spacious barn. Again, where your band or DJ sets up is entirely up to you. Have them set up against the stone wall at the back of the barn, or in front of the arched windows at the side of the barn. The acoustics will be great whichever option you choose.
