From Spring 2025, Glen Clova are delighted to introduce "The Barn" at Clova, a fantastic wedding barn with stunning views down the Glen and over the Cairngorms.
The barn, holding a maximum of 170 but with dividers to make us the perfect fit for weddings from 50, is the latest barn venture in the North East of Scotland.
Unlike some other barns, this will be a full serviced and equipped barn with tables, chairs, heating, staff, catering and simple decoration all included in the price. And with accommodation on site also for 94 this offers the whole package on one site.
The barn can be used for ceremonies, wedding breakfast and evening reception. As well as being a fully enclosed barn, the panoramic windows open onto our covered outdoor decking to bring the outdoors indoors!

Your ceremony
The Barn at Clova will be a stunning option for your wedding ceremony. Available for ceremonies of up to 80 people, you can choose to have your ceremony in front of our log fire, or alternatively have your ceremony with the hills as your backdrop by getting married in front of the panoramic windows.
For an alternative you can also have your ceremony in the nearby community kirk which is non-denominational or you can also utilise our marquee for your ceremony. Finally you can always have your ceremony outside (but with an indoor option as a back up plan just in case the sun doesn't shine!!)
Your wedding breakfast
Following your ceremony your guests can relax in our covered outdoor decking area enjoying the views and taking in the ambiance of the beautiful Cairngorms National Park.
When it is time for your Wedding Breakfast, you'll head back into the barn and enjoy your choice of delicious food and wine, with tables set either rectangular tables of 10 or in long tables - the choice is yours. Our barn weddings come with everything you need for your perfect day and include tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, drinks (as listed in the brochure) and full set up and staffing for your big day.
Your evening reception
As evening falls, you'll be able to dance the night away in our spacious barn. Again the set up of where you would like your band or DJ to set up is entirely up to you. Have them set up against the stone wall at the back of the barn, or have them set up in front of the arched windows at the side of the barn. The acoustics will be great whichever option you choose.
